Voice assistant ViVi is an intelligent voice control system developed by VinBigData (Vingroup), applying cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data analysis, natural language processing, etc.

ViVi has an outstanding advantage of native language, with the ability to recognize Vietnamese with 98% accuracy (for common words) and understand the multi-regional Vietnamese language in many different contexts, thus assisting drivers in performing a variety of hands-free tasks on the go.

Project Description

ViVi virtual assistant, integrated with generative AI, is an intelligent voice control system developed by VinBigdata (Vingroup Group). It utilizes advanced global technologies such as generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), big data analytics, and natural language processing. With a team of world-renowned professors, PhDs, and technology experts, the ViVi virtual assistant excels in local language capabilities, with an accuracy rate of 98% in recognizing standard Vietnamese vocabulary and the ability to understand Vietnamese from various regions and in different contexts.

The product is currently integrated into VinFast’s smart electric cars, helping drivers perform various “hands-free” tasks while on the move. These tasks are related to key functions in the vehicle, such as:

  • Smart vehicle control
  • Set up, monitor, and remember the driver’s profile.
  • Navigation
  • Security – safety
  • Home and office utilities
  • Car services
