On January 7, 2022, ViVi Voice Assistant developed by VinBigData (Vingroup) was honored as Potential Technology Product 2022 at Tech Awards 2021.
Tech Awards – voting for excellent technology products – is an annual program organized by VnExpress Digitization since 2012. With 10 years of operation, this is the leading prestigious technology award in Vietnam which announces the best products and technologies of 2021 and technology trends of 2022. This year, VinBigData’s ViVi Voice Assistant is the only software product honored in the 2022 Potential Technology Product Category, besides Samsung Galaxy S21FE Smartphone and Oppo Air Glass Eyewear.
ViVi Voice Assistant is an intelligent voice control system developed by VinBigData Joint Stock Company. The product applied the world’s advanced technology such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data analysis, and natural language processing… Built by world-renowned professors, doctors, and technology experts, ViVi Voice Assistant has an outstanding advantage in native languages, with the ability to recognize the Vietnamese language with an accuracy rate of up to 98% (common words) and understand comprehension multi-dialects Vietnamese in many different contexts.
ViVi is currently being integrated on VinFast’s newly launched smart electric car line – VF e34, supporting drivers to perform many hand-free tasks on the go such as smart car control, navigation, calling – texting, music – radio… Moreover, the Voice Assistants is also capable of flexibly and skillfully responding to drivers in many different contexts, bringing impressive experiences in the car.
Dr. Nguyen Kim Anh (Director of Virtual Assistant Technology Center, VinBigData JSC., VinGroup) said: “Thanks to the advantage of connecting with the multidisciplinary knowledge system from VinGroup’s brands, ViVi Voice Assistant has a large database platform that can provide rich information and support users to perform many different tasks. Besides the success in integrating Voice Assistant on VinFast VF e34, the solution is expected to be applied to many other products in the future such as Smart Speaker, Smart Home… In which, Smart Speaker is expected to be a signature product of voice technology.
