Recently, Vizone Access, VinBigdata’s advanced facial recognition solution, officially passed the Presentation Attack Detection (PAD) Level 2 evaluation by iBeta, in compliance with the ISO/IEC 30107-3 international standard. This milestone positions VinBigdata among the very few companies in Vietnam to hold iBeta certification at both levels of facial spoof detection, underscoring Vizone Access’s ability to meet global standards and counter even the most sophisticated fraud scenarios.
ISO/IEC 30107-3 sets rigorous criteria for biometric systems to detect and prevent spoofing attacks. PAD Level 2 evaluates a system’s resilience against advanced threats such as silicone masks, 2D/3D masks, and deepfake videos. Vizone Access achieved 0% error in detecting and blocking these attacks while maintaining highly accurate recognition of legitimate users.

Beyond anti-spoofing, Vizone Access delivers 99.9% facial recognition accuracy, even for users wearing glasses, masks, or in motion, with processing speeds under one second for a seamless user experience.
In addition to iBeta certification, VinBigdata is the first and only Vietnamese company ranked in the Top 10 globally in two of the most challenging facial recognition benchmarks by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST): FRTE 1:1 Verification and FRTE 1:N Identification.
